Need a hand with Kavik? This page is the fastest way to reach us and to answer the questions we hear most. Kavik is made by WildLogicLab Inc. in Alberta, Canada.
Contact us
Email us at kavik@wildlogiclab.com. Email is the best way to reach a person — tell us your device, your app version (Profile → About), and what you were doing when the problem happened, and we can help much faster.
Response time
We aim to reply within two business days. We read every message; if you have not heard back, check your spam folder and then email us again.
Getting started
New to Kavik? The in-app tour and our online User Guide walk through downloading offline maps, reading regulations, dropping waypoints, and recording tracks. Read the guide any time at https://kavik.app/manual.
Offline maps and location
Kavik is offline-first: download the maps you need before you leave service and they keep working with no signal. Track recording can use your location in the background so your route keeps recording with the screen off. You can grant or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings, though some features need it to work.
Your account and data
You can edit or delete individual waypoints, tracks, and areas in the app, and you can delete your entire account from Profile → Account. To ask what personal information we hold, or to request a correction, email kavik@wildlogiclab.com. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
Subscriptions
Kavik is free to get started, with optional premium layers and tools. Manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device account settings; if a purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app.
A note on regulations
Kavik helps you plan, but you are responsible for hunting legally and safely. Always confirm the current official Alberta Guide to Hunting Regulations before you head out. If you are a grazing-lease holder or other listed contact with a question about your information appearing in Kavik, email us and we will help.
